About Christine Davis
My name is Christine Marie Davis. I currently reside in Pageland, South Carolina but I grew up in a small-town bordering Lake Erie, near Cleveland, Ohio; Perry. I am a fifth-grade teacher at Pageland Elementary and have been teaching here for 24 years. The one factor that influenced me the most in becoming a teacher is that I believe I have a lot of life experiences and intellect to share with my students. My compassion, perseverance, and empathetic points of view are what I consider my greatest attributes. I am always curious to learn anything new or improved to help foster or illuminate young minds! I have a variety of interests and hobbies. After I graduated from high school, I enlisted in the United States Navy Military Reservist as a Cryptologic Technical Interpreter-Russian. I was stationed at Monterey, California for a year to learn the Russian Language and then to San Angelo, Texas to apply those skills to the military. I am a proud mother of three, Nicole, Chad, and Stephanie and a very proud grandma of three, Hartley, Gage and Waylon. I consider the positive influence I have had on my current and past students as my greatest accomplishment in education.
